This section allows you to manage all registered staff. You can upload staff images, edit information, activate/deactivate staff, and delete staff records.
Steps to Create New Staff:
Click on the Add Staff button.
Fill out the form, which is divided into four sections:
- Account Information:
Designation: Select from Setting > Permission > Designation.
Project: Select from Setting > Company Setting > Project.
Portal Type: Choose whether the staff will access the staff portal or admin portal.
Input login information for staff access.
- Basic Information:
Enter the basic details of the staff member.
III. Salary & Leave:
Add the Salary Type and input the required salary information.
- Permission:
If the staff member accesses the staff portal, set the permissions for portal access.
- Attendance
In this section, you can manage today’s staff attendance. You can edit attendance information, delete records, and add new attendance entries. Additionally, you can generate various attendance reports.
Steps to Generate Attendance Report:
Click on the Get Report button.
Input the desired date range.
Click Generate to view the report.
- To-Do List
Here, you can assign tasks to individual staff or multiple staff. Staff will see these tasks in their portal. Tasks can be deleted by the person who created them.
Steps to Assign a Task:
Click on the Add Task button.
Select the staff member(s) to assign the task.
Enter the task details.
Click Submit to assign the task.
- Pay Roll
In the Payroll section, you can manage monthly salaries, add company bank details, staff bank account details, and generate various reports.
- Adding Salary
Select Employee:
Choose the employee’s name from the list.
Select Salary Month and Year:
Pick the relevant month and year for the salary.
Input Necessary Details:
Enter all required information, including: Basic Salary, Allowances, Deductions, Loan Amount (if applicable), Provident Fund Amount (if applicable)
Note: The Provident Fund Amount will be added to the staff’s provident fund and deducted from the total salary automatically. (HR < Provident Fund)
Automation: The system will automatically pull data from: Staff Profile (HR < Staff Registration), Staff Roster (HR < Roster)
Loan Amount: This amount is fetched from HR < Loan. You can add monthly loan and it automatically record to the HR < Loan.
Disbursed Provident Fund Amount: This amount is fetched from HR < Provident Fund. You can disburse the provident fund here.
Calculate Total Salary:
Click the “Sum” button to automatically calculate the total salary.
Input Bank and Cash Amount:
Enter the bank amount and cash amount. This data will be included in the salary report.
- Report
You can generate four types of salary reports:
Salary Report
Provides a detailed breakdown of each employee’s salary.
Bank Salary Report
Lists salaries disbursed through bank transfers.
Cash Salary Report
Lists salaries disbursed in cash.
Total Salary Report
Summarizes the total salary disbursed, including both bank and cash payment with others.
- Setting
In the Settings section, you can add and manage bank account details:
Staff Bank Account:
Add all staff bank account numbers. These account numbers will appear in various reports.
Company Bank Account:
Add company bank account details. These details will be shown in the reports.
