In the Leave Management section, you can manage staff leave applications, track pending and approved leaves, and generate leave reports.
- Leave Application
Select Employee: Choose the employee’s name from the list.
Select Application Date: Enter the date of the leave application.
Input Leave Dates: Enter the start and end dates for the leave.
The system will automatically calculate the total leave days.
Select Leave Type: Choose the type of leave. The total leave for each type is fetched from HR < Staff Registration < Input Leave section.
Calculate Leave: The system will calculate the old used leave (approved total leave) and the remaining leave for the staff.
Submit Application: Enter any required additional information and submit the leave application.

- Pending Leave List
View Pending Applications: Find all leave applications that are not yet approved.
Action Options: Accept Button – Approve the leave and send an email notification to the staff. It also integrated to the staff roster. (HR < Roster)
PDF Button: Generate a PDF of the leave application.
Edit Button: Modify the leave application.
Delete Button: Remove the leave application.
Approved Leave List: Once approved, the application moves to the Approved Leave List.

View Approved Applications: See all approved leave applications.
Action Options
PDF Button: Generate a PDF of the approved leave application.
Unapproved Button: Revoke the approval if necessary.

Individual Staff Yearly Leave Report: View a detailed report of each staff member’s yearly leave, including all leave information for the year.
