  • What payment methods does MedPilot accept?

     We support online methods (Bkash, PayPal, SSL) and offline options (cash, bank transfers). Configure these under Settings > Payment Method.  

  • How do I sign up for MedPilot?

    Go to medpilot.app, click Sign Up, and follow the steps to choose your account type (Personal/Corporate), enter details, and select a plan. 

  • What’s the difference between a Essential and Professional Account?

     A Essential Account is for individual practitioners, while a Professional Account supports multi-user access and centralized management for
    clinics/hospitals.  

  • How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?

     Navigate to Subscription > Services > Upgrade/Downgrade and select your desired plan.  

Features & Functionality

  • How do I generate a prescription?

     Go to Monitoring > All Prescription, select a patient, add medicines/advice, and click Prescription Generate.  

  • How do I schedule an OPD appointment for a patient?

     Use Monitoring > OPD Appointment > Add OPD, select the doctor, patient, and time slot.  

  • How do I add a new patient to the system?

     Go to Patient > Patient Registration, fill in primary, contracting, and family information, and submit.  

  • Can I customize invoices with my clinic’s logo?

     Yes! Set your default project under Settings > Company Setting > Project to auto-include your logo on invoices.  

  • How do I create a promo code for patients?

     Navigate to Family Portal > Promo Codes, select a service, set discount/validity dates, and generate the code.  

HR & Staff Management

  • How do I add staff members to MedPilot?

     Navigate to HR > Staff Registration, fill in account info, salary details, and permissions.  

  • How do I manage staff shifts and attendance?

     Use HR > Roster to assign shifts and HR > Attendance to track daily attendance.  

  • Can I automate payroll calculations?

     Yes! HR > Pay Roll auto-calculates salaries based on shifts, allowances, and deductions.  

Technical Support

  • How do I set up email/SMS notifications?

     Configure templates under Settings > Template > Email/SMS Template and enable in Settings > Email Setup.  

  • What should I do if I forget my password?

     Click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the email/SMS reset instructions.  

  • How do I integrate Google Maps for patient addresses?

     Add your API key under Settings > API > Google Map to enable geolocation features.  

Data & Security

  • Can I delete a patient’s record?

     Yes. Navigate to Patient > Patient List, click the Delete icon next to the patient’s name.  

  • How do I export patient reports?

     Go to Patient > Report, select criteria, and click Export as Excel.  

  • Is patient data encrypted?

     Yes! All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).  

Advanced Features

  • How do I manage delivery charges for different areas?

     Add city/thana-specific charges under Settings > Company Setting > Delivery Charge.  

  • How do I use AI for discharge summaries?

     Under Monitoring > Discharge Summary, fill in patient details, and the AI will auto-generate the summary.
