In this section, you can dynamically create patient agreements. You can generate agreements with or without a logo and manage them efficiently.
Adding a New Agreement
Click the “Add Agreement” button.
Select Patient: Choose the patient from the list.
Select Agreement Type: Select the agreement type from Setting > Family Portal > Agreement Text.
Input Necessary Information: Enter all required details for the agreement.
Submit: Click “Submit” to save the agreement.
Action Section
PDF with Logo: Generate a PDF of the agreement with the company logo.
PDF without Logo: Generate a PDF of the agreement without the company logo.
Delete Icon: Click the delete icon to remove the agreement.
