Loan Management

In the Loan Management section, you can manage staff loans, monthly installments, and generate dynamic reports.

  1. Loan Application

Input Application Date: Enter the date of the loan application.

Select Employee: Choose the employee’s name from the list.

Enter Loan Amount: Input the total loan amount.

Monthly Installment: Enter the monthly installment amount. This will automatically be reflected in the staff’s salary.

Description: Add any necessary description (optional).

Submit Application: Click the “Submit” button to save the loan application.

  1. Loan Report

View Loan Applications: Find all loan applications.

Action Options:

Details: View the details of the loan and monthly installments.

Edit Icon: Modify the loan application.

Delete Icon: Remove the loan application.
