What is the MedPilot Partner Program?
The MedPilot Partner Program enables resellers, MSPs/system integrators, and referral partners to sell, implement, and support MedPilot’s AI‑powered healthcare solutions. Partners gain access to special pricing, deal registration, NFR/demo tenants, training/certifications, marketing assets, and 360° support through a dedicated Partner Portal.

Is MedPilot channel‑friendly?
Yes—our program is designed to be partner‑first. You own customer relationships, can bundle services, and unlock better margins as you move up tiers.
What are the eligibility requirements?
How do I apply?
Complete the Apply to Become a Partner form on the Partner Program page with company details, partner type, regions served, and a short capability summary.
How long does approval take?
Typical approval is 3–5 business days. Complex or multi‑region applications may require additional verification.
What happens after I’m approved?
You’ll receive Partner Portal credentials, starter assets, NFR/demo instructions, and a recommended onboarding path (sales + technical certification).
How do tiers work?
Tiers (Registered, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are based on annual new revenue, certifications, and customer success metrics. Higher tiers unlock additional margin, MDF (marketing funds), NFR/demo limits, priority deal registration, and support SLAs.
Can I move between tiers mid‑year?
Yes. Tier upgrades occur when you meet the criteria; downgrades only apply at the annual review unless there’s a sustained shortfall or compliance issue.
How are subscriptions billed?
Subscriptions are billed annually. Partners may choose MedPilot‑billed (to customer) or partner‑billed (you invoice and pay net of discount).
How do renewals work?
Renewals are visible in the Portal with auto‑reminders. You can adjust seat counts/modules at renewal or mid‑term (prorated).
Can I resell add‑on services?
Yes—implementation, training, optimization, and managed support can be bundled. Clearly state scope in your SOW to avoid support gaps.
