# Loan Management

In the Loan Management section, you can manage staff loans, monthly installments, and generate dynamic reports.

### **1. Loan Application**

**Input Application Date**: Enter the date of the loan application.

**Select Employee**: Choose the employee's name from the list.

**Enter Loan Amount**: Input the total loan amount.

**Monthly Installment**: Enter the monthly installment amount. This will automatically be reflected in the staff's salary.

**Description**: Add any necessary description (optional).

Submit Application: Click the "**Submit**" button to save the loan application.

### **2. Loan Report**

View Loan Applications: Find all loan applications.

**Action Options**:

**Details**: View the details of the loan and monthly installments.

**Edit Icon**: Modify the loan application.

**Delete Icon**: Remove the loan application.
