# Lab Request

In this section, you can manage lab requests, add lab reports, and track the delivery status of lab reports.

### Pending Lab Report

1. **Invoice Creation**:
   - When an invoice is created, it appears as payment pending.
2. **Add Lab Report**:
   - Click the "Add Lab Report" icon to add a new lab report.
3. **View Lab Reports**:
   - Click the "Lab Report" icon to view all lab reports.
4. **Delivery Status**:
   - If the report is ready for delivery, click the "Delivery" icon to move it to the Delivery Lab Report section.

### Adding a Lab Report

1. **Patient Information**:
   - Patient information is automatically populated based on the invoice.
2. **Add Test Name**:
   - Enter the test name and all required fields.
3. **Select Category**:
   - Click the category. If it is an "Other Test," select "Other Test" and input all necessary information.

4. **Submit**:
   - Click "Submit" to create the lab report.

### Delivery Lab Report

1. **View Delivered Lab Reports**:
   - Access all delivered lab reports in this section.
