# Chat

In the Chat section, you can communicate with internal personnel by selecting their names.

**How to Chat**

**Select Chat Person**: Choose the name of the person you want to chat with from the list.

**Start Chatting**: Once you select the person, a chat window will open.

Type your message in the input field and press "**Enter**" or click the "**Send**" button to send your message.

**Receive Messages**: You will see incoming messages from the selected person in the chat window.

**Additional Features**: You may have options to attach files, send emojis, or use other chat functionalities depending on the system setup.
