# Agreement

In this section, you can dynamically create patient agreements. You can generate agreements with or without a logo and manage them efficiently.

**Adding a New Agreement**

Click the "**Add Agreement**" button.

**Select Patient**: Choose the patient from the list.

**Select Agreement Type**: Select the agreement type from **Setting > Family Portal > Agreement Text**.

**Input Necessary Information**: Enter all required details for the agreement.

**Submit**: Click "**Submit**" to save the agreement.

**Action Section**

**PDF with Logo**: Generate a PDF of the agreement with the company logo.

**PDF without Logo**: Generate a PDF of the agreement without the company logo.

**Delete Icon**: Click the delete icon to remove the agreement.
