Add OPD Appointment:

Click the “Add OPD” button. Input the date and time. Select the doctor’s name. Select the patient’s name.

Action Section:

After creating the OPD appointment, you can: Generate two types of PDFs: one with a logo and one without. Create an OPD prescription by clicking the prescription icon.

Delete the OPD appointment by clicking the delete icon.

1. OPD Prescription

Fill OPD Prescription Information, Enter the main problems.

Select the OPD type:

OPD Only: For OPD consultations only.

Main Prescription: For a full prescription.

Add Medicine:

Click the “Add Medicine” button to open a modal.

Select the medicine, medicine comes from the medicine database (Setting > Medicine Database). Input any notes, dose, and duration.

If needed, input the from and to date duration, then click “Add“.

You can add multiple medicines at a time.

Add Advice:

Click the “Add Advice” button to open a modal.

Input the advice and click “Add“.

Next Plan:

Input the next visit date if needed.

Input any investigations if required.

Click “Submit” to save all data and create an Prescription PDF.

Lab Report

View Lab Reports: See all lab reports inputted in the application for the selected patient.

Previous Medicine

View Previous Medicines: See all previous medicines prescribed to the selected patient.

2. History

View Patient Profile and History: See the patient’s profile and all historical data. Update the patient’s history if needed.

In the Patient Registration section, you can add patient details. This patient information is connected to various modules like invoice, prescription, patient portal, roster, etc.

To register a patient

I. Primary Information

Project: Select a project from Setting > Company Setting > Project.

Name: Enter the patient’s name.

Date of Birth: Input the Date of Birth (DOB). The system will automatically calculate the age.

If you input the age, the system will automatically calculate the DOB.

Login Email or Phone Number: Enter the login email or phone number. The phone number is mandatory.

Gender: Select the patient’s gender.

Consulting Doctor: Choose the consulting doctor from Setting > Doctor Database

II. Contracting information

City: Select the city from Setting > Company Setting > City.

Thana: Select the Thana from Setting > Company Setting > Thana.

Present Address: Enter the present address.

Additional Input: Add any other necessary information.

III. Family Information

Doctor Contacting Number: Enter the doctor’s contact number. This will be added to the prescription and other sections if needed.

IV. Referral

Referral Information: Enter any referral information if necessary.

Email and SMS Notifications

Email Notification:

Upon registration, an email is sent to the patient’s email address. The email includes: User ID, Password, Login information, Website information.

SMS Notification:

An SMS is sent to the patient’s phone number with login details and website information.

Action Icons

Profile Icon: View the patient’s profile and all related information.

Edit Icon: Edit the patient’s profile details.

Send Feedback Icon: Click to send new feedback to the patient. View old feedback if available. Use additional options like WhatsApp, SMS, Email  to send the feedback link automatically.

Status Icon: Change the patient’s status.

Mail Icon: Send an email to the patient’s registered email address.

Delete Icon:  Delete the patient from the list.

Adding a New Agreement

Click the “Add Agreement” button.

Select Patient: Choose the patient from the list.

Select Agreement Type: Select the agreement type from Setting > Family Portal > Agreement Text.

Input Necessary Information: Enter all required details for the agreement.

Submit: Click “Submit” to save the agreement.

Action Section

PDF with Logo: Generate a PDF of the agreement with the company logo.

PDF without Logo: Generate a PDF of the agreement without the company logo.

Delete Icon: Click the delete icon to remove the agreement.

Viewing Feedback: Access and review all feedback submitted to patients.

Exporting Feedback

Export as Excel: Export the feedback data to an Excel file.

Generating Reports

Select Criteria: Choose the patient project and specify the date range for the report.

Generate Report: Click the “Generate Report” button to create the report based on the selected criteria.

Exporting Reports

Export as Excel:

Click the “Export as Excel” button to download the report in Excel format for further analysis or record-keeping.
